Staff Interviews.

These staff members must be active, being on at least every other day. You must have skype to be a coding member, we will make a group with the admins and the rest of the coding mods. You must be able to code a site, including, but not limited to skins, general layout, html & css, and post templates. Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Reviewing submissions in the coding category.
- Creating new layouts for submission.
- Creating new layouts for Unraveled. (May be used, depending on the competition results.)

We are also in need of a head coder, which will mean that once we have all of the coding positions filled, we will be awarding the "head coder" position to who we think is best qualified and can help members the best.

We ask that you have had either experience as a moderator on three sites, an owner on two, or a graphic designer on two. Please provide links to these. If you do not meet these requirements, depending on your work, you could still get the position, so don't give up hope yet.

We would love it if you could give us an example of your coding genius. We ask that these be made either recently, or still in use as a site. You can even make a brand new one if that is what your heart desires.

We ask that you be able to remain impartial to the person's feelings and give them honest and respectful feedback. We also ask that you be able to handle people who are not giving respectful feedback. Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Moderating the critique boards.
- Critiquing submissions.
- Moderating member critiques.

We are looking for respectful, but resourceful mods that are able to handle any situation. You will be given a series of situations that we would like you to explain how you would handle. Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Moderating rant boards.
- Moderating member fights.
- Moderating reported posts.
- Resolving member disputes.
- Resolving reported posts.
